    Article Snippet: The ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 was seeded in 24-well plates and treated with or without BBR for 48 h. For MitoTracker Red staining, the cells were washed with PBS and then incubated with MitoTracker Red CMXRos working solution (Beyotime, C1035, diluted in pre-warmed serum-free medium to a final concentration of 200 nM) for 30 min at 37 °C in the dark.
