For MitoTracker Red staining, the cells were washed with PBS and then incubated with MitoTracker Red CMXRos working solution (Beyotime, C1035, diluted in pre-warmed serum-free medium to a final concentration of 200 nM) for 30 min at 37 °C in the dark.
